Article 2(1) and (3) and the amendments made by Schedules 1 and 3, and article 2(4) and Schedule 4 so far as those provisions relate to amendments to sections 48 and 50 of the Immigration Act 2014, apply only to proposed marriages and civil partnerships in respect of which notice is given under Article 3(1) of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 20032 or section 139 of the Civil Partnership Act 20043 after the day on which this Order comes into force.
