26.  In regulation 3(1)(b) (application)— U.K.

(a) before “to and in relation to installations” insert “ except for regulation 18, ” and

(b) for “articles 4(1) and (2)(b) and 5 of the 1995 Order” substitute “ articles 4(1) and (2) and 5 of the 2013 Order ”.
