Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 115(1) and (2), 116(2), 176(1) and (2), 179(1) and (3), 180(1) to (5), 182, 184(2) and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
