6.—(1) A fee is payable by the applicant to the Executive on each application for a permit or for a variation of a permit to enable a facility to be included on [F1 the United Kingdom List] under these Regulations.

(2) The fee payable on application for a permit or for a variation of a permit to enable a facility to be included in [F1 the United Kingdom List] is described in column 1 of the table in the Schedule and is specified in column 2 of that table.

(3) Where a permit of a facility included on [F1 the United Kingdom List] under these Regulations is varied and the variation relates to the duration of the permit, a fee is payable to the Executive by the operator of the facility.

(4) The fee payable under paragraph (3) is specified in column 2 of the table in the Schedule.
