Amendment of the 2008 Regulations

14.  In regulation 16(1) (surrender of a biometric immigration document)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (e) before “remain” insert “enter or”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (g) after “13(3)” insert “,13A(5) or 13B(3)”.
