Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3A(1), (2), (3), (4) and (10) and 3B(1), (2), and (3) of the Immigration Act 1971(1).
In accordance with sections 3A(13) and 3B(6) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
