Amendments to the Police Regulations 2003

4.  In regulation 22(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1), insert after paragraph (g)—

“(h) the circumstances in which a member of a police force may be placed on limited duties.”;

(b) after paragraph (4), insert—

“(5) In this regulation “limited duties” means—

(a) recuperative duties;

(b) adjusted duties;

(c) management restricted duties.”.
