Amendments to the Police Regulations 2003

4. In regulation 22(1)—
(a)in paragraph (1), insert after paragraph (g)—
“(h)the circumstances in which a member of a police force may be placed on limited duties.”;
(b)after paragraph (4), insert—
“(5) In this regulation “limited duties” means—
(a)recuperative duties;
(b)adjusted duties;
(c)management restricted duties.”.
