These Regulations amend the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/2617) (“the 2010 Regulations”) and the Energy Information Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/1524) (“the 2011 Regulations”) and partially implement Commission Regulations (EU) Nos 548/2014 and 1253/2014, and Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) No 1254/2014 as follows—regulation 2(2) and (3) adds two new products to Schedule 1 (declaration of conformity) to the 2010 Regulations—small, medium and large power transformers to apply from 1st July 2015;ventilation units to apply from 1st January 2016; andregulation 3 adds residential ventilation units to Schedule 1 (EU measures) to the 2011 Regulations to apply from 1st January 2016.
