1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Regulations 2015 and come into force on 6th April 2015.
(2) In these Regulations, “the Up-rating Orders” means the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2015 M1 and the Welfare Benefits Up-rating Order 2015 M2.
