The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(5), 4(1), (2) and (3), 5(2), 9(3), 10, 23A(1)(a) and (b), (2) and (4)(b), 25, 30(7A), 87A(1), (3) and (4), 99 and 144(2) and (4) of the Pensions Act 20081.
