Citation, commencement and application E+W

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

(2) These Regulations apply—

(a) only to children's homes in England;

(b) to a person aged 18 or over, as they apply to children, if the person—

(i) is accommodated in a children's home; and

(ii) is not employed in, or in relation to, the home.
