55. In regulation 4(1)(b) of the Refuges (Children's Homes and Foster Placements) Regulations 1991 M1, for “Parts III to V of the Children's Homes Regulations 2001” substitute “ Parts 2 and 4 to 6 of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 ”.
