Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.

(2) Parts 1 to 3 come into force on 7th April 2015.

(3) Parts 4 and 5 come into force on 9th July 2015.
