Amendments to the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003

The National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “the Charges Regulations” substitute the following definition—

““the Charges Regulations” means the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2015;”.

(3)

In regulation 5(2)(e) (entitlement to full remission and payment), for “regulation 3(1)(b)” substitute “ regulation 3(1)(b) or (c) ”.

(4)

In regulation 12(1)(a)(ia) (repayments), for “regulation 6B” substitute “ regulation 9 ”.
