“airbase” means the aggregate of the land, buildings and works comprised in a Government aerodrome within the meaning of [F1paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Air Navigation Order 2016]; and
“air traffic services” has the same meaning as in section 98 of the Transport Act 2000 (air traffic services) M1.

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
