Regulations 7 to 9, 11 to 21, 23, 24, 25(5) and (6), 26(3) to (7), 28, 30, 32, 33, 34, 49, 50 and 51 do not apply in relation to an investment account of any description for which terms and conditions have been set pursuant to section 9A(1) of the 1971 Act.

Regulations 7 to 9, 11 to 17, 19, 21, 23, 33, 49, 50, 61 and 62 do not apply to individual savings accounts.
