In regulation 7(2)(a) of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 199111 (persons in care homes)—
(a)
in paragraph (vi), omit “or”;
(b)
after paragraph (vi), insert—
“(vii)
Part 1 of the Care Act 2014 (care and support), or”.
