5. In regulation 1(3) of the Care and Support (Cross-border Placements) (Business Failure Duties of Scottish Local Authorities) Regulations 2014(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “care provider” substitute—
““care provider” means a person providing a care service registered under section 59 of the 2010 Act;”.
