The Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

In regulation 18 (requirements for register of members), in the modified section 162(7) of the Companies Act 2006, for “one-tenth of level 5 on the standard scale” substitute “one-tenth of the greater of £5,000 or level 4 on the standard scale”.

In regulation 19 (members’ residential addresses: protection from disclosure), in the modified section 246(6) of the Companies Act 2006, for “one-tenth of level 5 on the standard scale” substitute “one-tenth of the greater of £5,000 or level 4 on the standard scale”.

In regulation 31 (an LLP’s annual return), in the modified section 858 of the Companies Act 2006—
