The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 is amended as follows.

In section 45O (enforcement of Part 2A orders)47, in subsection (2), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.
(3)
In section 63 (offence of wilful obstruction)48, in subsection (2)(b), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.
