Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (c.24)

90.  In Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (particular purposes for which provision may be made under section 2)(1), in paragraph 25(2)(a), for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute–

“(ii) a fine, the amount of which may be limited by the regulations,”.
