These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2015.

In these Regulations—

• “the 2006 Regulations” means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 20065;

• “the 2013 Regulations” means the Accession of Croatia (Immigration and Worker Authorisation) Regulations 20136;

• “EEA decision” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the 2006 Regulations.

The 2006 Regulations are amended as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

The 2013 Regulations are amended as set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.

The amendments to the 2006 Regulations made by paragraphs 11, 12, 13(c)(ii) and (iii) and (d), 15 and 16 of Schedule 1 have no effect in relation to an appeal against an EEA decision where that decision was taken before 6th April 2015.
