10. In Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978(1) (words and expressions defined), for the entry for “Sheriff” substitute—
““Sheriff” is to be construed in accordance with section 134(2) and (3) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.”.
