Coming into force

The Forestry Commissioners make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1), (2) and (4) and 5(1) of the Plant Health Act 19671.

Title, commencement and application1

This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Forestry) (Miscellaneous Revocations) (England) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st July 2015.

This Order applies in relation to England only.

Revocation2

The following Orders are revoked—

a

the Watermark Disease (Local Authorities) Order 19742;

b

the Increase of Fines (Plant Health) (Forestry) Order 19843; and

c

the Watermark Disease (Local Authorities) (Amendment) Order 19924.
