The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(4) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 20141, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 182(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
