4.—(1) The following transitional provisions have effect.
(2) The amendments made by section 26 of the Act do not apply in respect of applications for development consent under section 37 of the Planning Act 2008(1) made to the Secretary of State before 12th April 2015.
(3) The amendments made by section 28 of the Act do not apply in respect of applications for a change to a development consent order under paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008(2) made to the Secretary of State before 14th July 2015.
