2Amendments to the 2011 Regulations relating to applications for a change, which is not material, to a development consent order

3(1) In regulation 4— (a) before paragraph (2)(g), insert—

4Amendments relating to applications to change, or revoke, an order granting development consent under paragraphs 3(1), 3(4), and 3(5) of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008

5(1) In regulation 10— (a) for paragraph (1)(a), substitute—

7(1) In paragraph 3(1) for “The Secretary of State” substitute...
