Orders by the Privy Council: procedure27.
(1)
A power of the Privy Council to make an order under this Order is exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)
The power may be exercised by two or more members of the Privy Council.
(3)
For the purposes of section 1 of the Statutory Instruments Act 194658, the power is to be taken to be conferred by Act of Parliament.
(4)
The making of an order under this Order is sufficiently signified by an instrument signed by the Clerk of the Privy Council.
(5)
An instrument containing an order under this Order purporting to be signed by the Clerk of the Privy Council is evidence (and, in Scotland, sufficient evidence) of the fact that the order was duly made and of its terms.
