24. In section 36N (allegations)(1), after subsection (2)(b) insert—
“(ba)the person not having the necessary knowledge of English;”.
Section 36N was inserted by S.I. 2005/2011 and has been previously amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (c.14), section 127 and Schedule 10, paragraph 9, the Police and Crime Act 2009 (c.26), section 81(5) and S.I. 2009/1182.
