Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers in section 2(5)(b) and (6) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 19931, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Revocations) Order 2015.

This Order comes into force on 1st July 2015.

Revocation2

The following Orders are revoked—

a

the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 19982,

b

the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 20063, and

c

the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 20094.

This Order revokes the following three Orders: the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 1998, the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006 and the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009.
