1
A person who produces or supplies a tobacco product in breach of any provision of these Regulations is guilty of an offence.
2
A person guilty of an offence under this regulation—
a
is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or a fine, or both, or
b
on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or a fine, or both.
