Transitional provisions21
In the case of a prescription issued under regulation 15(1)(d) of the 2001 Regulations before 1st July 2015 regulation 16(1)(a) of the 2001 Regulations has effect as if regulation 15(1)(d) had not been amended by these Regulations.
