Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008E+W

6. In Schedule 3 M1 to the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 M2 (enactments specified for the purposes of Part 1), at the appropriate place insert—
“Children and Families Act 2014 (c.6), section 92”.
