Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Specified Class B Drugs) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st February 2015.
Specified Class B drugs2.
The following substances and products are specified Class B drugs2 under section 70(1) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000:
(a)
cannabis and cannabis resin3, and
(b)
amphetamine, its salts and any preparation or other product containing amphetamine or its salts.
