Application of provisions of the Act to the FCA in respect of its supervision of consumer buy-to-let mortgage firms25
The functions of the FCA under this Order are to be treated as functions conferred on the FCA under the Act for the purposes of—
a
paragraph 23 (fees) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act M1, and
b
paragraph 25 (exemption from liability in damages) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act M2.
