Application of provisions of the Act to the FCA in respect of its supervision of consumer buy-to-let mortgage firms25.
The functions of the FCA under this Order are to be treated as functions conferred on the FCA under the Act for the purposes of—
(a)
paragraph 23 (fees) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act M1, and
(b)
paragraph 25 (exemption from liability in damages) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act M2.
