14.—(1) The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 2010 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (agreements to which these regulations apply) M2, in sub-paragraph (3)(b) after “£60,260” insert “ other than a residential renovation agreement ”.
(3) In Schedule 1 (information to be included in regulated consumer credit agreements) M3, in paragraph 25 in the second column after “£60,260” insert “ other than a residential renovation agreement ”.
