SCHEDULE Amendments in consequence of provisions of the Care Act 2014 and the Children and Families Act 2014

Water Industry Act 1991 (c. 56)

53.  In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4A(1) to the Water Industry Act 1991 (premises that are not to be disconnected for non-payment of charges) in the definition of “care home” after paragraph (b) insert—

“(c) a building or part of a building in which accommodation is provided under Part 1 of the Care Act 2014;”.
