These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Public Health Functions and Entry to Premises by Local Healthwatch Representatives) and Local Authority (Public Health, Health and Wellbeing Boards and Health Scrutiny) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1stOctober 2015.

Paragraphs (1) and (3) and regulation 4 come into force on 31st March 2015.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Public Health Functions and Entry to Premises by Local Healthwatch Representatives) Regulations 20134.
