Citation, commencement, extent and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Emissions Performance Standard Regulations 2015, and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) Parts 1 and 2 of these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.
(3) Part 3 of these Regulations applies to England only.
