131.—(1) This Part—
(a)supplements the rights conferred by or under [F1Chapter 1 of Part 4ZA of the 1993 Act (transfer rights: general)]; and
(b)is without prejudice to that Chapter or [F2Chapter 2] of that Part (early leavers: cash transfer sums and contribution refunds).
(2) This Part applies in the case of a transfer to which the club transfer arrangements apply as it applies in other cases, except to the extent that—
(a)a provision of this Part otherwise requires, or
(b)the arrangements themselves make different provision.
