Establishment of the NHS Pension Scheme 20152

A scheme is established for the payment of pensions and other benefits to or in respect of—
a
health service workers mentioned in regulation 18(1); and
b
such other persons mentioned in regulation 18(2).

This scheme is to be known as the NHS Pension Scheme 2015.
