CHAPTER 4Pension accounts

Calculation of amount of accrued pension26.

(1)

For the purpose of a full retirement pension, the amount of accrued pension is calculated in accordance with paragraph 28 of Schedule 9.

(2)

For the purpose of a partial retirement pension, the amount of accrued pension is calculated in accordance with paragraph 29 of Schedule 9.

(3)

For the purpose of a deferred member’s account, the amount of accrued earned pension is calculated in accordance with paragraph 30 of Schedule 9.
