The Education (Teacher Student Loans) (Repayment etc.) Regulations 200319 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “specialist college”, for “, Chief Executive of Skills Funding” substitute “or section 100 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009”.

In regulation 4(3)(d) (eligible employment), for “, the Chief Executive of Skills Funding” substitute “or section 100 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009”.
