Amendment of the Companies Registration Office (Fees) (No 2) Order 1963

1.  In the Companies Registration Office (Fees) (No 2) Order 1963(1) omit article 2.

Amendment of the Contracting Out (Functions in relation to the Registration of Companies) Order 1995

2.  In the Contracting Out (Functions in relation to the Registration of Companies) Order 1995(2) omit paragraph 4 of Schedule 1.

Amendment of the Registrar of Companies (Fees) (Limited Partnerships and Newspaper Proprietors) Regulations 2009

3.  In the Registrar of Companies (Fees) (Limited Partnerships and Newspaper Proprietors) Regulations 2009(3) omit paragraph 6 of Schedule 1.
