The amendments made by the commencement of the provisions referred to in articles 2 and 3 shall not apply in a case where notice of appeal was given under section 26, 28, 103, 105, 108 or 110 of the Extradition Act 20032 before 15th April 2015.

In relation to Scotland, until the coming into force of paragraphs 10 to 15 (human rights issues) of Schedule 20 (extradition) to the Crime and Courts Act 20133, section 108(4)(b) of the Extradition Act 2003 has effect as if the reference to section 108(5) were omitted.
