These Regulations may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (Authority to Carry Scheme) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into force at the end of the period of seven days beginning with the day on which they are made.

These Regulations cease to have effect at the end of the period of seven years beginning on the day on which these Regulations come into force.
