Where a public examination of the bankrupt has been ordered by the court on a creditor's request under rule 10.101, the court may order that some or all of the expenses of the examination are to be paid out of the deposit under rule 10.101, instead of out of the bankrupt's estate.

The costs and expenses of a public examination do not fall on the official receiver personally.
