9. In regulation 7(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Radio) (Fishing Vessels) Regulations 1999 (performance standards) M1, for paragraph (c), substitute—
“(c)in either case, be of a type approved under the Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) Regulations 2016;”.
