114.—(1) Section 15 (appeals to the Care Tribunal)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(b), after “decision” insert “or, in the case of an appeal from a decision falling within subsection (3)(c), direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended”.
(3) In subsection (3)—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit the “and” at the end;
(b)in paragraph (b), at the end, insert “, and”;
(c)after paragraph (b), insert—
“(c)a decision under regulation 67 of the General Systems Regulations to send an alert about a person.”.
Section 15 was substituted by section 5 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (c.23 (N.I.)).
